Disclaimer
The tools on this site do one job well: they search word lists fast. That is the promise, and this page sets the honest limits around it. Nothing here is legal advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee that any particular word will be accepted by any particular game on any particular day. If you are using the site for something important (a tournament, a published puzzle, a classroom grade), read the section that applies and double-check against the source you play with.
Not affiliated with any game
Wordle is a trademark of the New York Times Company. Scrabble is a trademark of Hasbro in the USA and Canada and of Mattel elsewhere. Words With Friends, Wordfeud, Word Cookies, Wordscapes and their kin belong to their own publishers (Zynga, Wordfeud, BitMango, PeopleFun, LOTUM and others). Unscramble It is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies, and none of them has reviewed or approved the pages here. The unlimited and helper versions of puzzles we host are our own implementations, built to study the same letter mechanics, with our own answer pools and our own scoring code.
Word data: strong, not infallible
Word validity and scores depend on the dictionary selected (NWL2023, CSW24, Words With Friends, or standard). A word listed as valid here may still be rejected by a specific game or tournament rule set, because game publishers adjust their lists on their own schedule, sometimes quietly inside an app update. Our copies follow the publishers' official files, and we update when they update, but between that announcement and our sync there can be a gap of a few days. For anything with real stakes, confirm the word in the game's own checker before you commit tiles to it. If a page and a game disagree, the game wins; telling us about it afterwards still helps, because that is how most of our list corrections have ever happened.
Daily answers: timing and regional quirks
Daily answers (Wordle, Connections, and the DLE family) are checked against the live puzzle before publication, but the publishing moment is human, not a synchronized clock. If you open the page within minutes of a puzzle changing, you may briefly see the previous day's entry while the update is underway. Regional variants are the second wrinkle: some games serve different answers in different regions, and when we cannot verify which one applies to you, the page says so rather than guessing a single word.
Use of hints is your call
Whether consulting a solver or an answer page counts as cheating depends entirely on the rules you and whoever you play against have agreed to. In sanctioned tournament play, outside help is barred. In ranked app modes, the app's own terms apply. Casually, plenty of players use these pages after a game to review what they missed, which is the use we designed them for. What you do with the answers is your responsibility, not ours.
External links
Some pages link to third-party websites (the official games, dictionary publishers, our console pages). We have no control over their content or availability, and a link is not an endorsement. Links can break; if one does, a quick note through the contact form gets it cleaned up.
Liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. In plain terms: if a tournament director overturns a play this page approved, or an app update rejects a word that was valid yesterday, or a solver returns an unusual result at an inconvenient moment, the loss of points, pride or house-rules arguments is not something we can compensate. We fix real errors fast (see the methodology page for the correction process), which is the strongest guarantee we can honestly offer.
